FAQS

Our number one priority is the safety of your child(ren) and teachers. Our center is a secured facility, and admittance is granted only to staff, parents/guardians, authorized nonparent/guardian pick-up/drop-offs, visitors with approval, licensing officials, and others at the discretion of the Center Director. Please note that certain areas of the center are monitored and videotaped for observation and security purposes.

At this time, we do not provide meals on-site. Parents are responsible for sending breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack with their child each day. Please ensure all meals are packed in accordance with any dietary guidelines or allergy policies.

Medication Policy:

If a child requires medication during the day, our staff is trained to safely administer it. However, we must have a completed authorization form signed by both the child’s primary doctor and parent or guardian.

For emergency medications such as those for allergies or asthma, we require:

  • A signed authorization form from the doctor and parent

  • A detailed care plan outlining when and how the medication should be administered

All medications must be in their original packaging and clearly labeled with the child’s name and dosage instructions.
